Integrations
Nine integrations we build often enough to price and describe up front, between the tools regional Australian businesses actually run. Each one has its own page: what moves, what it costs, and what it will not do.
A week lost to admin by the average Australian business owner. Retyping between systems is the part that never shows up on a timesheet.
It turns up everywhere it is needed. The CRM, the job system, the books, the calendar, without a person carrying it across.
Most of it spent agreeing what maps to what.
You own every connection we build, the accounts they run on, and the documentation. Leaving costs you nothing.
Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, Pipedrive, ServiceM8, simPRO, Tradify, Cliniko, Halaxy, Square, Shopify, Smokeball, LEAP, Actionstep, VaultRE, Agentbox, Rex, Cin7, Unleashed.
If it has an API we can almost certainly connect it. If it does not, we will tell you that too.
Why Automatrix
Most integrators stop at the connection. We also build the website that brings the enquiry in, so when the form feeds the CRM, the form is ours and it works.
Every integration on this page carries a starting price and a range. You will not need a discovery call to find out whether it is $3,000 or $30,000.
Health checks and alerts on every connection. Monitoring is an optional retainer, cancellable, and the connection keeps working if you cancel it.
Who this is for
If you ONLY want two tools connected and the enquiries are already flowing, any of the nine below is the right size of job. If the phone is quiet, connecting the tools you have will not fix it, and we would rather say so than sell you a sync. That problem lives at web design and SEO. On the audit call we will tell you which half is costing you more.
The integrations
Each page lists what moves, what the software already does on its own, what the build costs, and what we will not do. Read the one for your pair before you book the call.
A won deal raises the Xero invoice with the right line items and tax codes. Paid status comes back to the deal.
Any business with a sales teamSee how it works → simPROHubSpotA won deal becomes a simPRO job with customer, site and quote lines attached. Job status writes back to the pipeline.
Trades and constructionSee how it works → WebsiteServiceM8The enquiry form creates the job, matches the customer and texts them back inside a minute. Quote follow-up and review requests optional.
Trades and constructionSee how it works → ClinikoXeroTerminal takings matched to Cliniko invoices, practitioner splits calculated, unpaid invoices chased. The Friday spreadsheet goes away.
Healthcare and allied healthSee how it works → SquareXeroSales, fees, surcharges and refunds posted per store and matched to the payout in the bank feed. Bookings and stock optional.
Retail and hospitalitySee how it works → ShopifyXeroOrders, gateway payouts, refunds and GST posted so each Shopify Payments, PayPal and Afterpay deposit matches the bank. Wholesale and stock optional.
Manufacturing and industrialSee how it works → WebsiteSmokeball, LEAP or ActionstepThe enquiry becomes a contact and prospective matter, the conflict check is assigned, and the client is acknowledged in your firm's words.
Law firmsSee how it works → Portals and websiteVaultRE, Agentbox or RexPortal and website enquiries land in the CRM attached to the listing, the buyer is texted the next open home, and appraisal requests get their own path.
Real estateSee how it works → PipedriveXeroA won deal raises the Xero invoice, paid status comes back to the deal, and a production order can go to Cin7 or Unleashed at the same time.
Manufacturing and industrialSee how it works → AnythingAnythingTwo tools with APIs and a person carrying data between them by hand. Same approach, same pricing shape, quoted on the audit call.

Most integration work is live within two to four weeks. It is the fastest thing on our list to pay for itself, because you can usually count the hours it gives back on the first day.
Every tool, every place data gets entered twice, and every point where somebody is carrying information between two systems by hand. This part usually takes an afternoon and surprises people.
The connection that removes the most daily retyping goes first. For trades it is usually the website form into the job system. For anyone with a sales team, it is the CRM into Xero.
Connections get built with the failure cases handled: what happens on a duplicate, on a timeout, on a record missing a field. Integrations that only work on tidy data are the ones you find out about at the worst possible moment.
Health checks and alerts on every connection. If something stops, we know, and in most cases it is fixed before anyone in your office notices.
What it costs
Every integration on this page starts from $2,500 for a straightforward two-system connection, and each page gives a range for its pair. Jobs with several platforms, high volume, or data that has to be reconciled rather than copied run to $12,000+. Ongoing monitoring is optional.
It is the cheapest thing on our list and it removes work that happens every single day. If two people are each losing forty minutes a day to retyping, the sums are not subtle.
Bolt an integration onto a process that should be scrapped. Sometimes the honest answer is that the second system should not exist, and automating the join just makes a bad arrangement permanent.
You do. The connections live in your accounts, on your subscriptions, and you can take over running them whenever you want.
FAQs
The one that removes the most daily retyping. For trades it is usually the website form into the job system. For anyone with a sales team, it is the CRM into Xero. We rank them by hours recovered on the audit call and build in that order.
From $2,500 for a straightforward two-system connection. Each integration page gives a range for its pair. Jobs with several platforms, high volume or reconciliation rather than copying run to $12,000+.
Most are live within two to four weeks. The mapping workshop is the slow part, not the build.
If it has an API, and most do, the shape of the build is the same. Tell us what you run on the audit call and we will quote it the same way.
We put health checks and alerts on every connection we build, so we find out rather than you. Monitoring is an optional retainer, and the connection keeps working if you cancel it.
The other half
Integration gives you hours back. It does not make the phone ring. If enquiries are the actual problem, the work is on the other side of the business: see SEO and web design. On the call we will tell you which half is costing you more.
Thirty minutes. Tell us what you run and we will map exactly what connects to what, what it takes, and what it costs. You keep the map whether or not you use us.
